Proactively approach potential clients for events, group bookings, and venue buyouts through calls, meetings, and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct outreach and nurture partnerships with travel agents, event organizers, and corporate planners.
Understand client needs and propose tailored event solutions across The Lab Concepts venues.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts accurately and on time.
Work with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
Maintain an updated client database, track sales performance, and prepare monthly reports.
Contribute to sales strategy planning and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or event sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
