Product Development Officer (F&B)

1. R&D Support Work alongside chefs during R&D sessions to observe, take detailed notes, and document each step of the process. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing product tests and trials. Provide feedback and ensure accurate data collection during testing (yields, timings, measurements, sensory notes, etc.). 2. Training & Documentation Develop all documentation required for operations and production training, including product specifications, recipes, processes, and menu database inputs. Create, update, and maintain CAPA documentation for continuous improvement. Organize the training sessions with Operation and Production teams. 3. Documentation Housekeeping Maintain a clean, well-structured digital filing system for all recipes and training materials. Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation is consistent, accurate, and up to date. Update files promptly whenever recipe or process changes occur.

Diploma in culinary arts, F&B, or a related field. Knowledge of or experience in bakery/pastry is a strong advantage. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good English writing skills (our team is multicultural).
